A home inspection provides a detailed visual evaluation of the property's major systems and components. We inspect the structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more to give you a complete picture of the property's condition.
Following the inspection, clients receive a detailed digital inspection report within 24 hours including photos and clear written explanations of every item reviewed.
A sewer scope inspection uses a waterproof camera system to inspect the underground main sewer line from the home to the municipal connection or septic system. Hidden problems beneath the ground can be identified before they become catastrophic and extremely costly repairs.
The camera is introduced through a cleanout access point and records a real-time video of the pipe's interior, revealing any issues present.
Radon is an invisible, odorless, radioactive gas that forms naturally from uranium decay in soil and rock. It can seep into homes through foundation cracks, openings around pipes, and construction joints — accumulating to dangerous concentrations without any visible sign.
We use professional charcoal packet radon testing to detect radon levels inside the home. The EPA recommends mitigation if indoor radon levels are at or above 4 pCi/L.
